I have recently received several emails suggesting that a class action lawsuit may be in the works (or already in progress).   I have no knowledge of such action.

However, I will say that I think such action is a waste of time and that attorneys are not exactly going to be lining up to join the case.

You see, for a class action lawsuit to work, the defendant needs to have some assets.  In this case, I really doubt that the bad guys have many assets sitting around.

Remember, the scam did not collect anywhere near enough money to pay out at a rebate's face value (that's why it was a scam).  Of the funds that came in, some probably went to administration, some to 'reserves,' some to pay the culprtis, and some was probably actually paid back out to claimants.
