From CRMBuyer.com (http://www.crmbuyer.com/story/financial-services/60868.html):

"Florida Sues Over Unpaid Rebate Vouchers"

"At least $552,000 in disputed refunds are involved in the case, the law enforcement agency said. The suit seeks "civil fines and restitution to all customers who were denied the full value of their promised rebates" and a permanent injunction barring the defendants from doing business in Florida."

"The state said it has received more than 250 consumer complaints about the operation since 2003. Any other potential victims can file a complaint by calling the state's fraud hotline at 1-866-966-7226 or on the agency's Web site: myfloridalegal.com."
