Maybe we can help our local CBA - participating retailers to understand our frustration and anger.

If you wish to vent a little bit, please submit your comments using the contact form.  You can also leave the name of the local retailer who roped you into this scam.  If you wish, leave some details about the purchase (date, retail location, rebate amount, etc.)

I think these retailers should enjoy a little free publicity for their troubles.  I will then post the name of participating retailers by state so that we can all avoid these establishments who care more about short-term sales goals than they do about their customers.
