I received the following email in March of 2006:

Just wanted to let you know that the USPS is returning mail from the 5575 S Semoran Blvd, Ste 20, Orlando, FL 32822 address as "Not Deliverable As Addressed, Unable to Forward, Return to Sender".  This may be a sign that (Cashback America is) finally out of business.
