I have received a substantial amount of feedback in recent months. Until recently, the feedback has been distributed as follows: 25% had received some amount of payment, 25% had not received any payment, and 50% were just researching Cashback America.
Since August 1, 2005, however, I have received feedback only from people who have not received their rebates as promised. Several had also contacted their State Attorney General and the Orlando Better Business Bureau. A sampling of this feedback is provided below:

Five years ago we bought a new roof from a company (*********) in the **** metro area. They were promoting the Cashback America scheme. Thought what the hell, let's see if it works. This past July, we sent in what were suppose to be the necessary papers for our 100% money back guarantee. (always with the thought, if this happens great but if not okay).

Yesterday we received a letter stating that we had not complied with the stated instructions. Like hell we did not. Oh sorry, we did not have the actual canceled check-- only a photocopy form the bank. Why not? Cause we never have gotten canceled checks from our bank-- they microfiche everything for you. DUH!!.

So after a little investigating on the Internet (which is how I found your website), I found out that the MO Attorney General had filed a lawsuit against these scam artists. Called the AG's office, was told to fill out a complaint form and send it in with a copy of all the information we sent in for our 'money-back guarantee'. Happily I am doing just that. Figure this way, at least we might see some of the money we were told we would get back "100%". Now am thinking of calling the company and letting them know that since they are not playing fair, neither am I.

Hello,
Good job on the info.
We "only" lost $50 that we were expecting on a Singer sewing machine from Jones Sew n Vac in Pocatello Idaho.
My wife made the purchase and sent in the voucher. I only saw the fine print after reading your website. They require far too much sensitive information. I wonder if they are selling the information...
Thanks,

Wish I had found your site before I applied for a Cashback America rebate. In my case, my claim was rejected for inadequate proof of address, sigh..... I will complain to the Florida BBB, but I don't think it will make any difference.

Mr. Ronald K Gooding—President:
My name is *** *** and I purchased a Canon Digital Camera with a rebate deal attached. The camera was $299.00 with a $200.00 rebate included in 11 months. Voucher#US******. My information WAS sent in on time and everything was included as asked. I received a letter back stating that I was declined the rebate because “I DID NOT HAVE PROOF OF WHO I WAS???” I find this excuse utterly disgusting as in my package I included: 1- my rebate voucher, (needed for the rebate, WITH MY NAME ON IT!!) 2- my sales receipt for my camera, the original bill of sale (WITH MY NAME ON IT!! AND MY ADDRESS ETC!!!) 3-my payment to PayPal for the camera (WITH MY NAME ON IT!!) All of these documents clearly indicate “who I am”!! The voucher was returned to Cashback America in timely fashion and track by registered mail so I know it was received on time. I honestly fail to see where I did anything to be declined payment?? What else do I need to provide? I feel this is just a slick loophole to screw people out of their money. I am asking that you will reimburse me for the $200.00 that the voucher was worth.

Hi, I am in the process of claiming my money from USAS. I wish I had read your website before. You're right, reading their instructions is like taking an IQ test. I follow it very closely. Your website is very informative. You revealed some very important questions. I hope all goes well when I submit my paper work. Wish me luck. In the future, I will not recommend my friends to do this cash back business.
