The Cashback America machine is still rolling strong.  I believe that state AG offices are fairly powerless to stop these promotions.  Until Cashback America fails to meet consumer's expectations (in one to three years from purchase date) consumers will not be complaining to AG offices.  Obviously, I have complete confidence that Cashback America will fail in this regard.
