First, some feedback from website visitor "PS":

As of July17, 2008, the case is in limbo (hearing was in Dec 2007):
http://myfloridalegal.com/lit_ec.nsf/investigations/E914EEB816C92B48852571A9005F9664

You can go to: http://www.myfloridalegal.com/ConsumerComplaint.pdf to file a complaint and become part of any settlement.

I hope this helps - I too was burned of $3K! We need to be better consumers and read and question ALL contracts. Don't ALWAYS believe what you are being told.

Next, I offer a respone to the question most frequently asked by website visitors.

  • First, the question: Do I have any chance of getting my promised rebate?
  • Next, my short response: NO
  • Finally, my long response: As I've noted numerous times on the website, I don't think there is any big pot of money to fund any rebates or "settlements."  Basically, consumers were promised rebates that simply could not and now will not be funded.  I'm sorry.  Direct your wrath at the bad guys.
